Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to Europe or other international locations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure prompt processing.

  • Processing time: 1-2 business days

  • Additional time may be required during peak seasons or holidays.

Transit Time

We primarily use:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • EVRI Standard Service

Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days. These times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Actual Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed by 11:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Terms

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at fragrancesatmahsons@gmail.com.

Change of Address

If you need to modify the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.

Multiple Addresses

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship the package.
