Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fragrances At Mahsons. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return or exchange a product. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Customers can return products within 3 days of receipt. Returns beyond this period may not be accepted.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in a resalable condition may not be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return for an exchange or refund, please email us at fragrancesatmahsons@gmail.com stating your reason for return and attach images or videos of the product along with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fee

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning a product for a change of mind or exchange.

  • The company will cover the shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage or issues, you should contact us immediately. If your item(s) do arrive damaged or with any issues, please send photos or videos of the damage, along with a brief description, to fragrancesatmahsons@gmail.com within 24 hours of arrival. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be valid.

Exchange Products

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been sent for picking and packing in our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has already left our warehouse, you will need to wait for the item to arrive before organizing a return. Postage back to us will not be covered, and there is no restocking fee.

Received the Wrong Product

We follow careful order-picking procedures to ensure accuracy, but mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong product, you may:

  • Choose to keep the incorrect item with a partial refund, or

  • Request the correct item. In such cases, we may provide a free-of-charge return shipping label.

Please email fragrancesatmahsons@gmail.com with your order details to notify us of the error. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you the correct product or issue a full refund.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
